Maintenance & Troubleshooting
This page brings together the after-sales troubleshooting toolchain: fault lookup → log analysis → firmware upgrades → telemetry deep-dives, as well as data migration when replacing a unit.
System Fault Lookup (Maintenance → System Fault Lookup)
A cross-device fault register: filter by System SN, Fault Category and date range, with fields including Fault Information, Error code, Status, Level and time of occurrence. Export is supported.

💡 Suggested workflow: spot a Fault on the Home dashboard → check the error code and level on this page → go to the system's Logs / Dashboard to pinpoint the cause.
Logs (System details → Logs)
The complete event stream for a single device:
- Timeline / Activity: all events aggregated along a timeline, with filters by type at the top (All / System / Fault / Upgrade / Instruction / Status / Fix / Authorize) and counts for Critical / Warning / Operator actions / System events
- By Source: view System / Fault / Upgrade / Instruction / Status / Self-Check / Fix / Authorization Logs separately by source
- The Hide auto-repair events toggle hides auto-repair noise

Firmware Versions / Upgrades
The Firmware Versions tab shows the current version of each component: EMS, Inverter (including ARM / Slave), BMS (expandable down to each battery pack), BackupBox and more.

The Upgrades tab performs upgrades on a single device: click Scanning now to scan for available updates, then confirm and run each one in turn. The time of the most recent upgrade is shown at the top of the page.

💡 Tip: upgrade history can be found under Logs → Upgrade Logs; batch upgrade capability (OTA Jobs) is available depending on your account permissions.
Telemetry
View raw telemetry by upload granularity: 5-Min Data / 10-Second Data / 6CT Second-level Data / STS Operational Data / Diesel Generator Data / Residential Debug Data. Select a date, then expand entries one by one (individual PPV strings, EPVTOTAL, EINPUT and so on); filtering and export are available.

Data Analysis
Choose your own date range and metrics to plot multiple telemetry values on the same chart for comparison (for example PV power vs battery SOC) — ideal for reproducing intermittent issues.

Data Migration (Maintenance → Data Migration)
For unit replacement: migrate historical data from the old SN to the new SN. Use + Add to create a migration task (From old SN → Forward to new SN); the list tracks Migration process / Status.

⚠️ Note: once submitted, a migration task should not be interrupted arbitrarily. Before replacing a unit, confirm that the new SN has completed installation registration (2.1).
