Scope and Preparation
- Who this applies to
- This guide is for the AlphaESS Partner APP (the B2B app used by installers / Installation Partners) and covers three parts: registration, login and Wi-Fi network configuration.
- Organisation type restrictions: The Partner APP only supports self-registration for Installation Partner (installer organisation) accounts. Distributor / Retailer accounts are created by AlphaESS (A-side) and cannot be self-registered through the App.
- Member restrictions: Organisation members (Installers, etc.) must be invited by the organisation administrator to join and cannot register a B2B account themselves.
- Tools and materials
- Smartphone (with the Partner APP installed) and a working network connection (registration / login / binding all require cloud access).
- The energy storage system to be installed and the Wi-Fi communication stick.
- Organisation qualification details (e.g. business licence / ABN, as required in your country).
- Licence details (if already issued by your upstream Distributor / Retailer or by AlphaESS).
- Home router network name and password (2.4GHz band enabled, with signal coverage at the device installation location).
