Service Centre

The Service Centre lets you view your own tickets, tickets related to you, and submit suggestions and feedback.

Using the Service Centre

1. Select Service in the bottom navigation bar.
2. Choose "My Tickets", "Tickets Related to Me" or "Suggestions and Feedback".
3. View existing records, or follow the on-screen prompts to describe your issue and submit your feedback.

Once submitted, please refer to the processing status shown in the APP.
