The AlphaESS Partner App is a dedicated mobile application for distributors, installer companies, installers and other partners.
It supports assigning separate accounts to administrators, installers and other roles within your organisation. This avoids shared accounts, improves management accuracy and reduces security risks.
The AlphaESS Partner App helps you carry out installation, after-sales service and device commissioning.
It also provides digital services such as organisation management, online communication, installation guidance and an online shop.

How to Use This Manual
- Complete Registration and Login first, then proceed with device installation.
- When installing a device for the first time, read Standalone Installation first.
- If you need to configure a parallel system, go on to Parallel Installation.
