Daily Monitoring

This page covers the actions installers perform most frequently: locating a device from the system list, then opening its details to check operating status and energy data.

System list (ESS Systems)

At the top of the page, the five System Overview status cards (All / Normal / Fault / Protection / Offline) update in real time; click a card to filter by that status.

Basic search: SN / Remark / End User Account / Product Model. Click Advanced Search to expand the advanced filters:

System search: basic and advanced filters

Advanced filter criteria: Inverter Model, Product Name, Operation Mode, Installation Mode, Battery SN, Battery Model, Installer Account, License, Country, Post Code, EMS / BMS / Inverter Firmware Version, Installation Date.

💡 Typical uses: before a firmware upgrade, use EMS Version + Country to narrow down the devices to be upgraded; for after-sales follow-up, use an Installation Date range to identify a particular batch of installations.

List

Fields: System SN (● green dot = online), Remark, Inverter Model, Country, Address, Inverter Rated Power, PV Capacity and more; use Filter to customise which columns are shown.

Click the System SN to open the system details page.

System details: Site → Overview

At the top of the details page is a breadcrumb (SN, operating mode, model, country, time zone) along with eight tabs: Site / System Settings / Firmware Versions / Logs / Upgrades / Telemetry / Dashboard / Data Analysis.

Site → Overview is the first place to look during a routine check:

Site overview: real-time energy flow visualisation

  • Left-hand cards: Work Mode, Storm Guard, Installation Mode, PV / Battery Capacity, Available Energy, Backup Reserve; Home Settings lets you make quick adjustments
  • Centre house diagram: an animated real-time energy flow showing live power and direction at all four points — Solar / Battery / Home / Grid (Charging / Discharging, Import / Export)
  • Below: Power Graph (power curve for the current day) and Energy Graph (energy bar chart for the last 7 days / month / year / since installation), both exportable

Site → Devices

Each device at the site has its own card: SN, model, status, operating mode, inverter rated power, number of battery packs, installed capacity and current SOC.

Dashboard (live operating data)

A real-time data panel for troubleshooting: live Battery / Grid / Load / Solar power, voltage and current for each DC PV STRING, CT Readings (PV-CT / G-CT channels), and per-pack current / SOC / voltage for the Battery Packs, with a choice of 5-Min and 10-Second granularity.

💡 Inspection tip: start each day from the Running State on the Home page — whenever the Fault / Offline figures are non-zero, click through to the corresponding list and work through the devices one by one (see 3.3 Maintenance and Troubleshooting).
