During the Update

To ensure all users can transition smoothly and safely to the next-generation App, AlphaESS will adopt a phased, gradual migration strategy.

• The previous App version will remain available throughout the transition period
• Data and core functions will be carried over consistently between the old and new systems
• The highest priority throughout the update is "no disruption to your current use"

The update process:

• Once all the necessary preparations are complete, we will gradually switch users' App versions over to the new one. If your device has already been migrated, you will receive the following notification on your phone.
  
  
• Tap Confirm to start using the new App version.
• There is no need to rush — all updates will be completed before Q2 2026.

Points to note

• If your device is migrated to the new version, the corresponding web application will also be updated to the new version. You can still log in at cloud.alphaess.com and we will redirect you to the new platform automatically. If the redirect fails, you can try logging in manually at portal.alphaess.com.
• Before the final update is complete, your device will show as offline in the installer system. Rest assured that your data will not be lost — we will merge and repair the data once the final update is complete. If your device develops a fault during this period and you need installer support, we will provide your installer with the assistance they require.
