How Away Mode works

• Once you have set your departure date, the system records your current battery level (SoC) and operating configuration
• Whilst you are away, the system limits unnecessary discharging and reserves a fixed proportion of energy as Backup (typically 50%)
• A higher Backup level significantly reduces battery cycles, protecting both the equipment and your home
• When the return date arrives, the system automatically restores the settings you had before you left

When to use it

• Travelling abroad or on a long business trip
• When you do not need household energy optimisation and simply want the system to "run safely and worry-free"

You only need to set it once — everything else happens automatically.

Tip: as the Backup level increases, the available energy decreases, so the system may draw power from the grid and incur costs. Please choose the balance that suits you best.
